I like the items. It was disappointing to see the package arrive ripped open. That is very off-putting. I would expect better packaging for the $ I spent to ensure my items are not harmed.

I completely understand your frustration; however, we have limited control over handling once packages leave us. The mailers used are very strong, and we encounter less than 0.1 percent issues. Next time, please take photos of the packaging and send them to us so we can address this with USPS.
