    Returns

    • For safety reasons, face masks are non-returnable and non-refundable as noted in each listing and at checkout!
    • Our return policy covers you for 30 days. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.
    • To be eligible for a return, you must contact our customer support team at support@polishshirtstore.com for authorization of the return.
    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • We only offer refunds in the case of defective items because these are custom print on demand products and cannot be restocked. In most cases, we will replace your order if there is a problem.
      • Defective items are defined as ones that are damaged in transit, graphical print or design being off centered, an issue with the product stitching or some other issue relating to the quality of the product.
      • Please be sure to check our sizing charts available on each of our apparel pages. Because everything is printed on-demand and with the current COVID-19 issue, we do not offer exchanges or replacements for wrong sized items. We will offer you a replacement product at 50% off the original price.
      • We do not offer returns or refunds for unwanted gift item purchases. 
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • It is important you contact our support desk at support@polishshirtstore.com to confirm where to return your item. 

    Refunds (if applicable)

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    • If you haven't received a refund yet, please check with your payment vendor.
    • Generally, it can take 3 to 7 days before a full refund is processed regardless of payment vendor.
    • If you paid via credit card, please contact them for more information regarding your refund.
    • If you paid via PayPal, please check your PayPal account overview summary.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact us at support@polishshirtstore.com

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Sale items cannot be refunded or returned. They are purchased as-is.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@polishshirtstore.com
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    Shipping & Returns

    • To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you by our customer support team at support@polishshirtstore.com. 
    • Items returned without prior authorization from our customer support personnel, will result in shipping fees being non-refundable.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not pay for returns or offer tracking numbers or shipping receipts. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain proper shipping and tracking when returning any item. These return shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
